CDUs and cooling circuits

The CDU is the heart of liquid cooling, and its commissioning decides whether the hall goes live on schedule. We install and commission CDUs on live data center projects and hand over a working, tested system. We won't be learning on your site.

Delivery: Finkova installation and commissioning of the manufacturer's technology

All scope items as a list
S Site management
Site management is at the core of what we do. We coordinate trades, schedule and safety, and run internal logistics and procurement, so systems are completed in the right order and handed over fully documented. Delivery: Delivered by Finkova
CDU CDUs and cooling circuits
The CDU is the heart of liquid cooling, and its commissioning decides whether the hall goes live on schedule. We install and commission CDUs on live data center projects and hand over a working, tested system. We won't be learning on your site. Delivery: Finkova installation and commissioning of the manufacturer's technology
FT2 Liquid cooling loop flow
The loop between the CDU and the racks is the most critical in the hall: when flow drops, temperatures climb fast. The dual-path AquaTrans AT620 keeps the measurement redundant, and clamp-on installation never opens the loop, so cleanliness is preserved. Delivery: Panametrics AquaTrans AT600 / AT620 Flow, energy and moisture measurement
FT1 Facility water flow and energy
The facility water loop carries the heat load of the whole hall. DigitalFlow DF868 permanently measures flow and energy from outside the pipe, with no pressure drop and no shutdown. You see the true efficiency of your cooling, not an estimate. Delivery: Panametrics DigitalFlow DF868 Flow, energy and moisture measurement
FI Portable surveys and balancing
The portable TransPort PT900 goes where no fixed meter is installed: commissioning, loop balancing, troubleshooting and checking fixed meters. The dashed tag means the measurement can be made on any pipe. Delivery: Panametrics TransPort PT900 Flow, energy and moisture measurement
MT Humidity reference measurement
White space climate control is only as good as its humidity sensors. Panametrics moisture analyzers and calibration solutions act as the reference that fixed sensors are checked against. Delivery: Panametrics Flow, energy and moisture measurement
CV Control valves
Masoneilan control valves hold cooling loop flow, pressure and temperature steady as the IT load swings. Delivery: Baker Hughes Masoneilan Valves
PSV Safety valves
Consolidated safety valves protect pressure equipment against overpressure. The same devices guard power plant boilers. Delivery: Baker Hughes Consolidated Valves
VT1 Pump condition monitoring
Wireless sensors, Orbit DCM and Trendmaster continuously watch circulation pump bearings and vibration, and System 1 brings the data together. A bearing fault shows up weeks before it becomes an outage, so service can be scheduled within your redundancy. Delivery: Baker Hughes Bently Nevada Condition monitoring
VT2 Chiller protection
Chiller compressors are the largest rotating machines on site. 3500 and Orbit 60 machinery protection is the site's safety automation: it watches the machines continuously and trips them before a fault turns into damage. Delivery: Baker Hughes Bently Nevada Condition monitoring
VT3 Backup power monitoring
Backup power rarely runs, but it has to start every time. Motor and generator monitoring finds electrical and mechanical faults before they matter in an outage. Delivery: Baker Hughes Bently Nevada Condition monitoring
HR Heat recovery
Exporting waste heat to district heating is a process in its own right: heat exchange, temperature lift, control, pumping and metering. We deliver the valves, pumps and metering for heat recovery. Our energy-sector background makes it familiar ground. Delivery: Baker Hughes, Panametrics Valves
EM Recovered heat energy metering
Heat exported to district heating is revenue, so you need to know how much leaves. DigitalFlow DF868 energy metering shows how much heat actually goes to the network and helps optimise recovery. Delivery: Panametrics DigitalFlow DF868 Flow, energy and moisture measurement
E Electrification
We have delivered the electrification of an entire data center. One site organisation brings cooling and power to completion on one schedule. Finkova is an authorised electrical contractor in Finland. Delivery: Delivered by Finkova
N Network
We have built a data center's network infrastructure. With network, power and cooling in the same hands, no interface falls between contractors. Delivery: Delivered by Finkova
SL Noise and backup power
Furtak & Salvenmoser exhaust silencers for backup engines deliver up to 55 dB of noise reduction. Plus intake and exhaust air silencers, acoustic enclosures and sound walls where the site sits close to neighbours. Delivery: Furtak & Salvenmoser Silencers

Certainty for owners, hands for OEMs, pace for builders

One delivery partner, three different needs. Choose the angle you see the project from.

Uptime is return

Every delayed go-live and every unplanned outage comes straight off your return. We bring process-industry discipline to the project, so the hall goes live on schedule and stays online.

Data center funds, infrastructure investors, developers and operators.

  • Fewer interfaces

Cooling, electrification, network and site management from one partner. One accountable party, no finger-pointing between trades.

  • A schedule that holds

In process industry, shutdowns are measured in hours. We bring your data center live with the same discipline, with resources that scale to the project.

  • Verified handover

Testing, flow measurements and documentation. You take over a facility whose performance is proven, not assumed.

  • Capacity stays online

Continuous condition monitoring spots a bearing fault weeks before an outage. Capacity and asset value stay protected year after year.

  • Waste heat into revenue

Waste heat sold to district heating is a revenue stream, not a by-product. We deliver and install the valves, pumps and metering for heat recovery.

  • Permits and neighbours

A noise limit can stop a project. Noise control for backup power and outdoor equipment keeps permit terms met and neighbours on side.

Your contract partner is a company in the Nasdaq Stockholm-listed Indutrade group. The balance sheet can carry a large project.
