In brief
Finkova has built a data center's network infrastructure. With network, power and cooling in the same hands, no interface falls between contractors, and routes, access, work sequence and handover are planned together.
Delivery scope
- Installation of the physical network infrastructure defined in the project drawings and bill of quantities.
- Coordination of routes, installation areas and interfaces with electrical, cooling and other contractors.
- Identification, installation records and agreed inspection and test documentation.
- Handover of the installed scope to the owner or the network systems contractor.
Responsibilities and interfaces
Cable systems, termination responsibilities, test methods and acceptance criteria are agreed before installation. Configuration of active network equipment and IT operations are included only where expressly agreed.
What to send us
Send the network drawings, bill of quantities, installation and testing requirements, site programme and interface responsibilities.
Frequently asked questions
Does Finkova configure active network equipment?
Only where it is expressly agreed. The standard scope is the physical infrastructure, its documentation and handover.
Why install network, power and cooling with one organisation?
Because the routes, access and work sequence of all three compete for the same space and time. One site organisation plans them together, and no interface is left between contractors.
