Responsibilities and interfaces
The client, the principal contractor and Finkova agree authority, reporting lines and safety responsibilities. Procurement is coordinated with the client's approved suppliers and purchasing arrangements.

Finkova brings a data center live with the same discipline: scope splits written down before the tender documents go out, cleanliness responsibility assigned before the first flush, and commissioning protected from being squeezed at the end of the programme.
