In brief
Finkova keeps the systems it installs running after handover. Our trained service technicians carry out maintenance, repair and installation work in Finkova's service centre in Vantaa, on customer sites across Finland and on equipment suppliers' projects abroad. For data centers, the scope covers cooling equipment, valves, instrumentation and machinery monitoring, in support of the owner's operations team.
Delivery scope
- Maintenance planning for the equipment included in the service scope, based on its criticality.
- Inspection, troubleshooting and corrective work coordinated with site operations.
- Preventive maintenance of valves, service of rotating equipment and measurement checks.
- Condition monitoring support with Bently Nevada systems.
- Modifications, equipment replacement and recommissioning.
Responsibilities and interfaces
Equipment coverage, access, isolation procedures, manufacturer requirements, staffing and response times are defined in the service agreement.
Capacity stays online
Continuous condition monitoring spots a bearing fault weeks before an outage, so service is scheduled within the redundancy instead of during a failure. The baseline measured at handover, covering flows, temperature differences, vibration and fluid analysis, is what every later measurement is compared against.
What to send us
Send the equipment register, maintenance history, known issues, operating constraints and the service arrangement you need.
